Description:
Guangcai’s cold roll forming line is an ideal choice for producing steel culvert pipe. The corrugated bent plates with punched holes shall be assembled by bolts. Compared with the traditional cement culvert pipe, the steel culvert pipe manufactured by this roll forming machine is characterized by short construction period, low cost, long lifespan and easy maintenance.
The full automatic cold roll forming line can complete cold roll forming, punching, on-line bending and shearing, and automatic stakcing, onlu 2-3 workers are required for the entire line. In addition to the high productivity, the labor cost is saved accordingly.
