Description:
Existing Problems
1. Due to its high strength, the stainless steel receives high tangential stress and obvious plastic deformation while being cut. The poor thermal conductivity of the stainless steel will make the generated heat concentrate on the rollers after continuous rolling operations. As a result, the material will stick to the roller.
2. On the other hand, if holes need to be punched on the stainless steel, people will find that the punched holes are smaller than they are supposed to be. Moreover, the heat created during punching process will be concentrated on the punching dies, which makes it hard to continue the punching process.
