Description:
Traditionally the housing of a vertical conveyor is manufactured with two sets of cold roll forming machine and one plate edge processing machine. The housing produced by the cold roll forming line can not be stacked, resulting in large volume and high transportation cost.
The L shape(Bucket elevator of silo) roll forming machine is specially developed for forming L shaped steel which can be assembled into vertical conveyor housing. The L steel, which can be stacked for easy transportation, is produced in the workshop, and then transported to the construction site for assembling with bolts, saving transportation cost for the user. During production, only one set of cold roll forming equipment is required.
